Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

Where a subscription was purchased using promotional pricing, launch pricing, beta pricing, discounts, coupons, special offers, or other reduced-price arrangements, any refund shall be based solely on the amount actually paid by the user.

The user may continue using their current paid plan until the end of the active billing period.
After the billing period expires, the account may transition to the selected lower-tier plan.
24. GRACE PERIODS
Following a downgrade, expiration, cancellation, or reduction in subscription level, ZNTRA may provide a grace period before certain content, data, history, or stored items become subject to removal.
Grace periods are provided solely at ZNTRA's discretion and may vary by subscription plan, feature, account status, or other operational considerations.
The existence of a grace period does not create a guarantee that data will remain available indefinitely.

If an account exceeds the limits of its new subscription plan following a downgrade, ZNTRA may require removal of excess content, stored items, history entries, uploads, exports, or other data.
ZNTRA may provide tools, warnings, notices, or grace periods allowing users to manage their content before cleanup occurs.
If excess data remains after any applicable grace period, ZNTRA may remove, restrict, archive, disable access to, or permanently delete content exceeding applicable plan limits.
